Plan with clarity

What to budget beyond the building.

Shipping & delivery logistics

Shipping & delivery logistics are quoted separately and coordinated by Anchorwrx; offloading needs, including any crane, are confirmed with your delivery quote.

Foundation & site prep

We recommend concrete piers, which typically cost $1,500–$4,000 depending on the unit size and your site. Your contractor can install them using our foundation plans, or we’ll be happy to help arrange it for you.

Utilities & connections

After placement, licensed local trades make the final water, power, and wastewater connections.

Permitting

Permitting is handled locally by you or your contractor. We’re here to share available documentation and support you along the way.
